A miniteca from Ciudad Guayana (Bolívar state) created by Juan Carlos “Tungo” García. It was born as “Strong Box” around 1984–1985 and later became the 750.

Origin: “Strong Box”
The project was started by Juan Carlos “Tungo” García in Ciudad Guayana with a first miniteca called “Strong Box”, created around 1984–1985. In time, that same outfit became Miniteca 750, the name by which it has been known ever since.
The name 750
As its owner tells it, the name “750” alludes to the station Caracas Radio 750. The miniteca's registration is still active today, now under the name “750 Tecnología Disco Móvil”.
Legacy and evolution
The 750 established itself as a benchmark of the miniteca scene of Ciudad Guayana. In time it evolved into the production company Guillén Producción, at the hands of Jhonata Guillén, taking on audiovisual technology — such as curved screens — without losing its miniteca identity.
