A 1979 finalist, twice third place at the Poliedro
A Caracas miniteca confirmed by a primary source at the Primera Guerra del Poliedro (1979); it reached third place at the Segunda Guerra (1979) and again at the Cuarta (1980). The press goes as far as to call it a “pioneer.” Its biography is still to be documented.

What is on record
The Lechuga's People appears among the 8 finalist minitecas (out of 60 shortlisted from across Caracas) on the official poster of the Primera Guerra de Minitecas del Poliedro (Sunday 1 July 1979). It later reached the podium in two more editions:
- · Segunda Guerra del Poliedro (7 December 1979): 3rd place (podium: 1st Explosión · 2nd Betelgeuse · 3rd Lechuga's People).
- · Cuarta Guerra del Poliedro / “Explosión de Minitecas” (18 July 1980): 3rd place (podium: 1st Betelgeuse · 2nd Music Factory · 3rd Lechuga's People).
A pioneer of the movement?
A press mention describes it as a “pionera del movimiento minitequero”; it is the strongest claim to notability found for the group of 1979 finalists. The description is implied in that mention, but the documentation that would support it against other sources is still missing.
