The host of Pegaditas 750
Ramón Antonio Mata Bellorín (Sabana de Uchire, Anzoátegui state, January 12, 1951, according to records of the radio community) was one of the voices of Caracas 750 Dinámica, the AM youth station allied with the Caracas minitecas of the 80s. He hosted “Pegaditas 750,” the station's show of hit songs — the “pegados” — which radio memory places Monday to Friday from 5 to 6 in the afternoon and Saturdays from 10 in the morning to 12 noon, paired with Julián Isaac.
The record of the 125 hours
In August 1985, Mata and Isaac set from Caracas 750 a world record of 125 straight hours in front of the microphone without sleep, a publicity feat that established “la Todopoderosa” as the dynamic station of Caracas youth in the years when it sponsored minitecas and guerras de minitecas — the sound clashes of the movement — at the Poliedro.
