The Tercer Estallido Nacional de Minitecas took a bill of national scope to the Centro Español of Puerto La Cruz. Among the participants are Sandy Lane, New York New York, Betelgeuse, Empire, The Drop and Infierno, with Budgie as the representative of the eastern region.
