Rómulo Montero Yamin was the owner of the Miniteca ZC between 1990 and 1999, the second of the three stages into which the brand itself divides its history. He received a miniteca that was already a legend: founded by Pier Giampaolo Yunes in Montalbán, the first at the Complejo Naciones Unidas in Caracas and winner of the Fraylejón de Oro in Mérida in 1986 for best miniteca, best sound, best lighting and best discjockey (now DJ).
Under his ownership, the booth was worked by Patricia, Tomás Pérez, Danilo Márquez, Neri Jhon, Ángel Morales and Francisco Freites, “El Niño de Oro”.
