He started in 1988 with the mobile discos of Caracas —Ambitus, Sky Way, The Drop, Betelgeuse, Sandy Lane— and in 1996 jumped to radio at La Mega 107.3, where he was a DJ, producer and announcer.

The mobile discos
Marvin Presutti took his first steps in the late 80s — around the year 1988, his biography specifies — when he joined the most famed mobile discos of Caracas: Ambitus, Sky Way, The Drop, Betelgeuse and Sandy Lane, four of them with their own entry in this Archive.
At the end of 1996 he joined the DJ staff of the mobile disco Explosion People, of which he became a shareholder a few months later.
La Mega, the gold records and Beat Patrol
In 1996 he tried his luck at La Mega Estación 107.3 FM, first as a DJ, then as a producer and finally as an announcer. Shows like “Mega Mix”, “Condición Para Grabar”, Happy Rodhe Hot Mix, Mix Factory and “Mega Party” passed through his hands — the last one alongside the fondly remembered Christopher Pulgar.
